About this product
Pegon pot features irregular, horizontal ribs from rim to base; the cylindrical pot is made of polystone from Indonesia and is 70 to 90 cm high. In the Wagir Brown version the pot is grey and blue-grey, with rust-brown patches and almost white ridges on the ribs. Towards the bottom it narrows slightly and ends in a rounded base with no drainage hole. Handmade from polystone (resin, stone powder and cement) and coloured by hand; colour, texture and size vary per piece. Not waterproof: use indoors with an inner pot. Outdoors, polystone weathers and the pot can lose colour: treat it with an impregnating sealer so that water runs off the pot instead of soaking into the material; the colour becomes slightly darker as a result.
