From source
to showroom.

A collection with a signature of its own starts with commitment. At the source, with the makers and at every step that follows — until the moment a piece stands in Oldenzaal or Venlo.

Behind the collection

Close to the source.
Involved at every step.

Our collection is not put together from a distance. Our own team selects at the source and works directly with makers and craftsmen. We look at material, form, finish and craftsmanship — not only at what a product is, but at what makes it special.

After that, too, we keep the chain short and direct. Products are gathered, inspected and prepared for transport to the Netherlands. What arrives goes into our own stock and showrooms in Oldenzaal and Venlo. That way we keep sight of the path our collection takes — from origin to destination.

From source to showroom

The journey of every piece.

Six links show how our collection moves: from selection and craft at the source, through finishing, inspection and shipping, to our two locations in the Netherlands. Open a link to discover the images and the story behind each step.

Selection begins at the source. Our team is in Indonesia in person to assess products and materials and to stay in close contact with makers and suppliers. We select for material, form, quality and presence.

For our wooden collection we work with SVLK / V-Legal certified wood. This means the legality and origin of the wood are documented for every container.

The craft

Craftsman carving fine detail
Inlay work by hand
Motorbike carved entirely from wood
01 / 03

A large part of our collection is made by hand. Craftsmen shape, carve, assemble and finish every product with care. From furniture and sculptures to pottery and exceptional objects: material and technique largely determine the final character.

It is precisely the small differences that arise in the making that give many pieces their own signature.

In the workshop, products are gathered, given further finishing and inspected before they are prepared for shipping. For solid wood products, this also includes carefully drying and checking the material.

Quality assurance is supplemented by independent inspections of our working methods by HQTS Asia.

For wholesale partners, private label packaging can also be prepared here.
