Is there a minimum order?

No. At both locations you can take goods away directly via Cash & Carry, with no minimum order.

How does pricing work?

Every partner pays the same transparent B2B price. No discount structure, no negotiations. Fair and equal for everyone.

What are the shipping costs and delivery time?

Volumes and dimensions differ per order, so we do not calculate shipping costs in advance. After you order, we will contact you about shipping costs and delivery time. Transport is handled by our regular partner Ziemerink Knuif — we deliver large pieces with a truck-mounted forklift or crane.

How does payment work?

We work on the basis of payment in advance — throughout the chain, including with our own suppliers. That makes for a clear workflow and fair dealings on both sides, from the very first order.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Yes — on weekdays at both locations (08:30–17:00) and in Venlo on Sundays too (09:00–17:00). On Saturdays — and in Oldenzaal throughout the weekend — you are welcome by appointment. 8,500 m² of showroom and stock, and the coffee will be waiting.

What if something is wrong with a delivery?

Every problem is resolved, always in consultation with you: with a credit note, a replacement or a new product.

Can I reorder?

Collections can be reordered and bespoke work is possible — what you choose, you can order again or have made to your specifications. Unique pieces exist only once; they do not come back. Which is exactly why we safeguard the exclusivity of our range per territory.
