About this product
Jawa pot with curling tendrils and leaves in relief all round: the pot is 80 cm high, made of polystone from Indonesia and narrows towards the base. At the top runs a rounded band with light, vertical stripes and a scalloped lower edge. Below it the tendrils turn in spirals across the wall. The brown is lighter on the raised parts, with grey patches in the recesses. Handmade from polystone (resin, stone powder and cement) and coloured by hand; colour, texture and size vary per piece. Not waterproof: use indoors with an inner pot. Outdoors, polystone weathers and the pot can lose colour: treat it with an impregnating sealer so that water runs off the pot instead of soaking into the material; the colour becomes slightly darker as a result.
