About this product

Roots stool carries three bands of ribs and diamonds in its narrow waist; the 50 cm high stool has the shape of an hourglass and is made of untreated teak root from Indonesia. The wide top and the base both end in an irregular edge. Cracks and short, rough grooves run through the time-worn teak root. The teak root comes from a tree that was felled earlier; no new tree was cut for it.
