Product information

About this product

Roots stool in untreated teak root from Indonesia, Ø 50 cm: a cylindrical block with a flat seat and irregular hollows in the side. The time-worn teak root shows curling lines in the grain, with cracks on the right and a small hole in the middle. The wood is a light sandy colour, slightly darker in the hollows. At the back of the seat there is a round hollow. The teak root comes from a tree that was felled earlier; no new tree was cut for it.
