About this product
Roots stool has a round, smooth seat above a gnarled root base with hollows; the 40 cm high stool is made of untreated teak root from Indonesia. The seat is a thick disc in light, sandy wood. The time-worn teak root of the base is greyer and rougher, with cracks and open spaces between the roots. The teak root comes from a tree that was felled earlier; no new tree was cut for it.
