About this product
Roots coffee table carries a top with irregular edges on a base of branching roots; the 80 cm long table is made of teak root from Indonesia. The untreated teak root is time-worn: light and honey-brown bands run across the top, with hollows along the front edge and an opening at the back. Beneath the top, the roots spread in different directions down to the floor. The teak root comes from a tree that was felled earlier; no new tree was cut for it.
