About this product
Roots coffee table lies on the floor as a rounded block with an almost flat top; the 60 cm long piece is made of teak root from Indonesia. On top, the untreated, time-worn teak root is lighter and honey-brown, with winding grain. Wavy grooves and ridges run along the bulging sides, with hollows, splits and holes down to the bottom. The teak root comes from a tree that was felled earlier; no new tree was cut for it.
