Supplies

Agreed delivery times are indicative and not as fatal deadlines. If the supplier has not determined otherwise, deliveries shall be made with a net order amount of H 450,-excl. BTW or more Franco. This only applies to pottery furniture are only collection warehouse.

Complaints

The supplier cannot be held liable for minor deviations in colour, thickness or design, since it concerns products which are manufactured by hand, so that no article can be identical to the other. The client is obliged to check within 24 hours after delivery of the goods whether the delivered meets the agreed requirements. Complaints from the client, that the delivered goods do not correspond to the quality, including breakage, must be made available to the supplier by means of a written notice within 24 hours after receipt of the delivered items.

The supplier is not liable for technical unavoidable deviations from colours, quality, design and pure thicknesses. In all cases, the supplier shall never be obliged to pay compensation, which exceeds the normal invoice value of the goods and/or services rendered, in respect of which compensation is claimed.

Payment

The payment of the goods must be made in cash or cod.

Retention

If the client is in default in respect of any obligations incumbent on him, the supplier is entitled to withdraw the goods belonging to him at the expense of the client himself from the place where they are located. All costs and damages, falling on or opened up by the goods during the period that they were under the client, are at his expense and risk. The goods remain the property of the supplier until all financial obligations are fulfilled by the client.
